Lessons
Private Lessons
Each private lesson will consist of
either a 30 minute or 60 minute session of activity. Each lesson will have
a 5 to 10 minute consultation with the player and his/her parent prior to the
first lesson. That way we will optimize our time working on the specific
area to be improved.
Private Lessons
at the All Star Sports Academy include: One on One instruction in a
specific area of the players’ choice. Including: Hitting, throwing,
pitching, catching, and infield play. Lessons will be coordinated by
Director of Player Development. Private Lessons can be conducted at off
hours.
Baseball Lessons will be given by Ames High
head baseball coach Eric Bappe, or another qualified High School coach.
Softball Lessons will be given by softball coach Jolene Voga. Golf Lessons
will be given by PGA Instructor, Robert Shahidi.

BASEBALL LESSONS
Instructional Team Hitting
All Star Sports
Academy will be having a Team instructional hitting league for all ages during
the month of April. This will be a wonderful opportunity for players to be
with their Teammates and get quality, consistent, and one-one instruction from
the All Star Sports Academy training staff. We will hope to establish a solid
foundation for an effective, efficient swing for your up-coming season.
Who: All ages!
What: All Star Sports Academy Team instructional
hitting league. Each team will have 3-4 players. This is a non-competitive
league with hitting instruction being the focus.
When: Time TBD for 2004 to 2005 Season!
Where: All Star Sports Academy in-door training
facility.
Cost: $80.00 per player
Benefit: 1 hour for 4 weeks to improve the swing of
the player for the up-coming season in a small group, team setting.
