INSTRUCTOR AND COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM LED BY JESSE LEVIS
In order to ensure best in class service, All-Star Sports Academy created the Instructor and Coach Development Program, led by former MLB player and Scout, Jesse Levis. Through this program, Jesse evaluates the All-Star Sports Academy instruction and coaching staff using aspects of the MLB scouting grading scale. The evaluation sessions allow Jesse to pinpoint areas of improvement in our instruction and coaching based off of the All-Star Sports Academy service standards. Instructors and coaches attend training sessions in order to consistently improve and offer the best service possible to our players and clients.
