Take Your Hitting to the Next Level with ASSA West Chester’s Advanced Hitting Program!

Designed for 12U-15U players with a strong fundamental understanding of hitting, this 8-week program focuses on refining mechanics, improving timing, and developing situational awareness at the plate.

Over the course of 8-weeks, participants will engage in a structured and comprehensive training regimen. The program begins with proper warm-ups and daily routines to build consistency and prepare hitters for intensive practice sessions.

Key areas of focus includes working through mechanics to refine each player’s swing, developing and understanding timing to make better contact, and learning the proper approach for different game situations, known as situational hitting. Additionally, players will learn how to effectively hit off-speed pitches, a crucial skill for facing diverse pitching styles.

This approach not only builds technical skills but also boosts confidence at the plate. Each session is designed to progressively challenge the hitter, ensuring that they are well-prepared and mentally ready for the upcoming season.
