Description
Help your athlete build confidence at the plate and develop a strong offensive foundation with the Youth Hitting Program at ASSA Cherry Hill. Designed specifically for players ages 9U–12U, this program focuses on introducing and reinforcing the fundamental skills young athletes need to continue growing as hitters in a fun, energetic, and competitive environment.
Throughout the program, athletes will work closely with experienced instructors to improve the core components of hitting, including swing mechanics, balance, timing, bat control, and creating consistent contact. Players will participate in a variety of drills, skill-building exercises, and live reps that are designed to help them feel more comfortable and confident during game situations.
At younger ages, building proper habits and developing confidence at the plate are essential parts of long-term player development. This program is structured to help athletes understand the “why” behind their swing while giving them the repetitions needed to improve their overall approach offensively. Whether your athlete is new to the game or looking to continue sharpening their skills, the Youth Hitting Program provides a supportive atmosphere where players can continue developing at the right pace.
In addition to skill development, one of the main goals of this program is to create an enjoyable training experience that helps athletes develop a genuine love for the game of baseball. Players will be encouraged to work hard and support one another while learning in a positive environment that promotes both growth and enjoyment.
The Youth Hitting Program takes place at our Cherry Hill Training Center and is a great opportunity for athletes to continue improving throughout the summer while preparing for future seasons of competition. Spots are limited, register today
