Description
Take your athlete’s game to the next level with small group softball training, led by former Division I softball player Kaitlyn Smith. Designed for athletes ages 8U–12U, this program provides a focused training environment where players can build confidence, strengthen fundamentals, and continue developing their skills through quality instruction and consistent repetition.
Limited to a group of 8 athletes, this program allows each player to receive more personalized coaching and attention than a traditional group setting. Athletes will work on the core areas of softball development, including hitting, fielding, pitching, and overall game fundamentals. Through structured drills, hands-on instruction, and skill-based repetitions, players will learn the techniques and habits that help them continue improving both on and off the field.
Leading the program is Kaitlyn Smith, a former Division I softball player with a strong background in both competition and player development. Originally from Texas, Kaitlyn enjoyed a decorated softball career at Springtown High School, earning multiple All-State honors, Parker County Offensive Player of the Year, All-District Offensive MVP, and District MVP during her senior season. She finished her junior year with a .601 batting average and followed with a .654 batting average and .956 fielding percentage during her senior campaign. Kaitlyn was also selected to the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Star Legacy Team in 2016.
Her experience as a high-level athlete, combined with her passion for helping young players grow, allows athletes to learn from someone who understands the dedication, preparation, and confidence needed to succeed.
