Description
The Rising Stars Program is an exceptional opportunity for athletes looking to elevate their game after the fall season. Specifically designed for players aged 13u-15u, this program focuses on three critical areas: Hitting, Strength & Conditioning, and Performance Metrics.
Hitting: Our ASSA certified coaches will work closely with each player to refine their batting techniques. Through personalized instruction and advanced drills, players will develop a more powerful and consistent swing. This component is essential for improving overall performance and gaining a competitive edge for the upcoming spring and summer seasons.
Strength & Conditioning: Physical fitness is a cornerstone of athletic success. The Rising Stars Program includes a strength and conditioning regimen tailored to the needs of athletes aged 13U-15U. This part of the program aims to enhance players’ strength, agility, and endurance, ensuring they are in peak condition when it matters most.
Performance Metrics: Understanding where you stand is crucial for growth and development. Throughout the Rising Stars Program, we capture detailed performance metrics surrounding strength, agility, and endurance. These metrics are invaluable for setting goals, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
One of the standout features of the Rising Stars Program is its ability to guide players towards the most suitable winter training program. Based on their performance metrics and individual needs, our ASSA certified coaches will recommend the best training path to continue their development throughout the winter months.
Additionally, the Rising Stars Program offers excellent exposure for players aiming to join spring and summer teams. By showcasing their skills in front of ASSA coaches, participants can make a lasting impression and increase their chances of being selected for our travel teams.
